The research aimed to develop a set of visual vision exercises for beginners gymnastics under (10) years and to know their effect on visual abilities (perception of depth of vision - perception of field of vision - visual focus - moving visual accuracy) and the level of performance of the obligatory sentence on the parallel apparatus (ascending with the long cup of the angle support - Exercise by force to stand on the hands - Weights to pass by standing on the hands - Handstand to descend from the side) for beginners gymnastics under (10) years.

The researcher used the experimental method on a sample of (10) junior gymnasts under (10) years, and the research tools included: physical tests - tests of visual abilities - evaluation of the level of compulsory sentence performance on the parallel device - visual vision training program, and the data were processed statistically: the arithmetic mean - Standard deviation - the mean - the torsion coefficient - the "t" test - the simple correlation coefficient - the improvement rates.

Among the most important results 1- Visual exercises have a statistically significant positive effect at the level of (0.05) on visual abilities and visual abilities of junior gymnasts under (10) years 2 - Visual exercises have a statistically significant positive effect at the level of (0.05) on the level of compulsory sentence performance on the parallel apparatus for junior gymnasts under (10) years.
