Abstract EN

This study aims at designing the program of therapeutic exercises, as well as yoga exercises in order to identify to what extent the suggested programs have impacts on scoliosis and vital capacity for cyclists of Bani-Suef.

The sample consisted of 15 male and female players who were divided into two groups ; the first one was an experimental group who exercised therapeutic exercises as well as yoga exercises , while the second was a control group.

The experimental approach was adopted in this study.

The most important results reached by the researcher: There are clear positive impacts of therapeutic exercises as well as yoga exercises, represented in a big decrease in the degree of scoliosis and an increase in vital capacity in favor of the experimental group who practiced the program of therapeutic exercises as well as yoga exercises, while there were not big changes for the control group
