The researchers conducted a study entitled "Personality traits and their relation to the motivation of achievement among high-level players in gymnastics." The aim of the research was to monitor the personal characteristics of gymnasts in the light of developments and to identify the relationship between the personality traits of gymnasts and the motivation for achievement.
