The research aims to recognizing the effect of using preliminary games on improving the performance level of the 100m sprint race for students of the preparatory stage1 The researchers used the experimental syllabi and experimental design by using the before and after standard for two groups on of them, The basic research sample is (40) student from Mazoura preparatory school, Beni Suef governorate [and the management of Somasta educational], Whoes ages ranges from (14-15) year, And the results of research led to progress of the experimental group which used preliminary games in teaching on the adjustment group which used the followed method in teaching "commands style" in the the performance level of the 100m sprint race, And the researchers recommends: cultural awareness of the importance of using preliminary games in schools and especially in the preparatory stage.
