Abstract EN

This study aims to examine the process of distance education at the Algerian University, after it became a necessity, evidenced by the current health conditions on the one hand, and technological development on the other hand.

This process aims and focuses on trying to raise the level of university education in Algeria so that it is in line with its counterpart in the Arab and western worlds alike.

This study was taken from Al-Amir Abdelkader university as a model for examining the level of distance education in it, and the extent to which the teacher and learner interact with the available technological media.
