Abstract EN

Reform is a project goal that every individual seeks to achieve, and every institution and society seeks to reach it, as this research aims to demonstrate the importance of the principles of total quality management in administrative reform - from the point of view of Iraqi academics.

The study sample is from academics in Iraq.

Where the questionnaire was distributed randomly, and after giving them enough time to fill out the questionnaire, a total of (253) questionnaires were retrieved.

After examining the questionnaires, (3) questionnaires were excluded, due to the failure to fulfill the conditions required to answer them, and (250) questionnaires remained valid for analysis, and they are considered very good from the researchers' point of view indicating the cooperation of the respondents and their interest in the subject of the study.
