Deviation analysis in criteria and templates is one of the major issues in contemporary stylistic research.

There are different interpretive forms in Nahj al- Balaghah that have deep semantic implications.

Deviations from the main ways of interpretation as metonymies, metaphors, and ironies are the most important forms of substitute defamiliarization in Nahj al- Balagha.

The research employs a descriptive-analytical method and a library technique to analyze the semantic implications of this kind of defamiliarization in Nahj al- Balagha.

The research results show that the explanation and explication of meaning, the drawing of abstract meanings in tangibly and materially, brevity observance, exaggeration in the meaning, and persuasion of the audience are also the most important reasons for the substitute defamiliarization desecration in Nahj al-Balaghah.
