The objective of this research is to determine the impact of the exchange rate change on the most important variables related to the overall balances of the economy . Through this study, it was concluded that an increase in the foreign exchange rate by 1% leads to a decrease in the value of inflation rates in Algeria by 0.24% and BP decreases by 1.17% in the short term, and the PIB rises by 0.01%. As for the impact of the exchange rate on rates Unemployment for the insignificance of the obtained model.

كان الهدف الرئيسي من هذا البحث هو محاولة تحديد أثر تقلبات سعر الصرف في تفسير التغيرات التي تحدث على مستوى أهم المتغيرات التي من شأنها أن تحافظ على التوازنات الكلية للاقتصاد الجزائري باستخدام نموذج ARDL.
وقد تم التوصل إلى أن ارتفاع سعر الصرف الأجنبي بمقدار 1% يؤدي إلى انخفاض في قيمة معدلات التضخم في الجزائر بنسبة 0.
24% مما يفسر تقليص حجم الطلب على المنتوجات الأجنبية عند ارتفاع أسعارها، بينما يتراجع حجم ميزان المدفوعات بـنسبة 1.
17% و هذا بسبب انخفاض قيمة الواردات مقابل تحسن في حجم الصادرات، كما يرتفع الناتج الداخلي الخام بـنسبة %0.
01 نظرا لتحسن المداخيل من العملة الأجنبية، أما عن أثر سعر الصرف على معدلات البطالة فلم يظهر ذلك جليا لعدم معنوية النموذج المتحصل عليه
