Abstract EN

This study attempts to research how to define a concept of criticism, considering that each stage adopts a special concept of criticism in the light of the cognitive framework that prevails at a historical stage, and therefore the term criticism will take several moves between the fact that criticism is knowledge, or is a new formulation of the text, or an understanding of creative texts.

Since the difference between criticism and criticism is clear, considering the first is a discourse of literary works, and the second is the subject of this last discourse.
