Abstract EN

This study aimed to measure the effect of creativity in developing the competencies of individuals within enterprise, by clarifying the impact of the three basic levels of creativity.

These levels represent the basis for new ideas and how they contribute to the refinement of skills and competencies within the organization.

The study was conducted at the Algerian water corporation; unit of Bachar on a sample estimated at 65.

This is for the purpose of determining the nature of the relationship between the variables of the study by applying Structural Equations Modeling using Amos program.

The study was conducted in the first semester of the year 2021.

The study confirmed the existence of a positive impact of creativity at the individual or group level in developing competencies within the enterprise.
