Abstract EN

This study aims to find out the role of some motivational practices in the ability of the organization to retain the talents it works for, by polling the opinions of a group of workers at the level of a number of public administrations.

The study was carried out using the descriptive analytical approach, relying on the questionnaire that included 16 items distributed on 6 elements representing each of the dimensions of motivation and talent retention, and analyzed it through the statistical analysis program SPSS V.

The study also concluded several results, which are summarized in the weakness of the motivational practices of the public administrations under study, which constitute a challenge in their ability to retain talents at their level.
