Through this research paper, we will try to shed light on a topic that has been frequently discussed, which is the university's openness to its socio-economic surroundings, as the university is an institution that is distinguished from others.

As it has multiple goals and objectives from teaching and scientific research as well as community service, it is an educational institution located at the top of the educational system in society and its intellectual authority for its various institutions, and thus it carries the locomotive of community development.

In this way, it has a social responsibility that it has always called for, which is openness to the external environment and attempts to find a place in society away from isolation and self-centeredness.

The university is an institution that has an information base included in its teaching staff.
