تسعى هذه الدراسة لإعادة النظر في التأطير القانوني لتسجيل عقد الزواج في قانون الأسرة الجزائري بالبحث في مدى تناغم منهجه في تنظيم تسجيل عقد الزواج مع الموروث الحضاري للمجتمع الجزائري الذي تكتسي فيه طريقة إبرام هذا العقد و إعلانه، و كذا الابتهاج به منزلة عظيمة ؟
Abstract EN
This study seeks to review the framing of marriage contract registration in the Algerian family law, by looking for the extent of its harmony when organizing the registration of the marriage contract with the cultural heritage of the Algerian society, whitch the method of concluding, announcing and rejoicing in this contract has a great position.
