Maghreb legislations has been adopted a women's rights to conclude and dissolve the marriage contract, has been influenced by pressure derived from the principle of execution of international obligations, which requests the elimination of all forms of discrimination against women, while the Shari'ah requirement was not observed to some extent, especially for the Algerian and Tunisian legislators.
