Summary: This study seeks to focus on the factors leading to Consociational democracy, to achieve a system that adapts to all the differences and divisions that exist in pluralistic societies, providing a balance between the various sectors.

This study came to shed light on the consensus model as a practical project that achieves stability for African countries.

The aim of this study is to research how to exploit Consociational democracy by creating a system of government that adapts to these differences and divisions and achieves the rule of participation between minorities and the majority, without wasting the right of one of the two groups, and in this regard we presented this study to show the effectiveness of consensual democracy mechanisms in African societies, And how effective it is when there are leaders who have the ability to understand and assimilate the groups they represent, although it is difficult to apply in regimes that favor majority democracy.
