تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى البحث في التمثلات الاجتماعية لسكان الأرياف حول جائحة كورونا، و التداوي بالغذاء.
و اتبعنا في إنجازها منهج "الوصف المكثف" و المقاربة التأويلية، و اعتمدنا العمل الميداني القائم على المقابلات مع المستجوبين و الملاحظة المباشرة.
و تضمنت إلى جانب توضيح بعض المفاهيم الأساسية، عنصران، تعلق الأول بتمثلات سكان الأرياف التونسية لجائحة كورونا، التي يعدونها ابتلاء من الله، ما يفسر لا مبالاتهم بفيروس كوفيد-19.
أما الثاني فاهتم بدور الغذاء في التوقي من الفيروس و الشفاء منه في حالة الإصابة به.
و يتلخص في الاكثار من استهلاك البهارات المقاومة لفيروسات الجهاز التنفسي، و زيت الزيتون، و الأغذية المشتقة من الحبوب، و الخضروات و الأغذية البيولوجية، و الإنضاج الجيد للأغذية المطبوخة.
و تؤكد النتائج التي توصلنا إليها اعتقاد أغلب سكان الأرياف في أن الجائحة ابتلاء من الله، و اقتناعهم بالدور الفعال للأغذية التقليدية في وقايتهم من الفيروس وفي الشفاء منه
Abstract EN
This research explores the social representations of the Coronavirus pandemic among countryside dwellers and food therapy.
To carry out this study, we opt for the "thick description" method and the interpretative approach.
We also rely on fieldwork based on interviews and direct observation.
This research contains, besides the explanation of certain concepts, two elements.
The first concerns the representations of the Tunisian countryside dwellers of the Corona pandemic, which they consider as an affliction of God, reflecting their contempt and indifference towards the Covid-19 virus.
The second reveals the role of food in preventing and curing the virus.
Our findings confirm the belief of most rural people that the pandemic is an affliction of God and their belief that traditional foods are so effective in preventing and curing the virus.
