Anthropology has seen as the other Human Science's disciplines a huge development in theories and methodology.

Anthropology is not a science with a stable identity that it is expressed through olute sayings, but rather a renewable science affected by both epistemological and historical developments, which remain undefined unless linking the historical background with the latest developments, especially the matter of the subject.

In this context, our article is briefly trying to shed light on Anthropology's interests from the 19th century up to now, by referring to the scientific and social reasons which contribute to the evolution of its interests; all of these, indeed, to come up with an answer to what is Anthropology?
