Civil defense services are one of the most important services because they are related to the safety of citizens and their properties, and the study focused on its objectives and approach to clarifying the current spatial distribution of civil defense centers in Al-Musayyib district, and identifying areas that suffer from a shortage and deficit of staff (individuals and mechanisms) in order to reveal the extent of efficiency Distribution of civil defense centers' services because justice in the spatial distribution of services is one of the basic requirements that help achieve an ideal distribution of services in general and civil defense services in particular.
