The Truth of Meditation and its Catalysts Through the SunnahThis research deals with the meaning, importance and value of thinking in the life of man through the invocation of Quranic verses and Hadith, as it relates to the ability of man to realize his mind and to orb positive developments and respond positively to them.

The research also discusses these obstacles that stand in the way of thinking and understanding of openness and liberation Evolution in life.

The research aims to study and explain the motives and methods used by the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) to raise the thought and the works of the mind in his prophetic narrations with his esteemed companions, such as asking the question, clarifying and praising the liquid.

And that the path leading to the knowledge of the Lord Almighty and his satisfaction and love.
