Computer development has therefore become a cultural affair at first glance.

Through our scientific research we try to shed light on the Arabic language as one of the essential components of Arabic culture, since it is able to be an active element in the dialogue of world culture through the treatment of Arabic language by computer, information technology can be put to its service, and the link between language and society can be invested in an Arabic computing context, for manage the teaching of the Arabic language as a mother tongue or as a foreign language.
