Arabic rhtoric in secondary education has great importence and a firm effect on evaluating tongues and developing the tast of young people.

the arts of rhetoric are many and varied divided by the specialists into three categories: sementics, science of the statement and the rhetoric.

Howevre, we will focus in this stady on the metaphore a rhetorical landmark accompanying the learner in his pedagogical and scientic life.

based on this perspective, we will try to ask the following question: does teaching metaphor in first secondary education textbook have a rich and aesthetic role only? Or does he have a convincing argument? This is what we will try to answer in this paper.
