In this work, we will shed light on the most important methodological shortcomings of Ibrahim Mustafa's innovative attempt in his book “The Revival Of Grammar“ through research and criticstudies that dealt withit.

By methodological shortcomings, wemean the extent to which the author is committed to the foundations of a sound scientific methodology.

Our aimhere is neither to present the grammatical views mentioned by Ibrahim Mustafa in his book nor to respond to them.

Because that is evident in his book, and in the studies that dealt with his views as well.

In addition, his views illustrate so many topics that it is not possible here to treat all of them
