Abstract EN

Civil Judge specialization is one of the important and required demands for judicial work because of the accumulation of court cases and the slow litigation of the courts today, so specialization is defined through our research that the judge is restricted to examining disputes of one branch of the law with his own legislation, and the qualification of the judge is a full scientific qualification to assume the position of the judiciary.

This specialization appears to be of great importance through the judge acquiring experience in his field and in order to activate his positive role, as specialization finds its legislative basis in many of the relevant laws.

Yet, most of the texts that dealt with it were born dead as it did not see the light in terms of application, and this idea has its disadvantages and advantages, however, it can be avoided.

The specialization has effects both in the civil case in terms of resolution and prevention of accumulation of cases and slow litigation or in terms of the effects left by specialization in the judge himself in terms of achieving prestige for him and the integrity of diligence and access to judicial conviction.

Finally, we reached at the conclusion of this research to a set of findings and recommendations that we hope to be taken into consideration.
