نهدف من خلال هذا البحث إلى تقييم مدى نجاح الإصلاحات الاقتصادية و السياسية و الاجتماعية المبذولة من قبل الدولة الجزائرية خلال الفترة الممتدة مابين 2010-2019، في جعل استقرار مؤشرات اقتصادها الكلي يتحقق بعيدا عن التأثر بتقلبات أسعار النفط، وذلك من خلال دراسة و تقييم التطورات الحاصلة في المتغيرات الأساسية التي تتعلق بالتوازنات الداخلية و الخارجية لاقتصاديات الدول.
و لقد توصلنا من خلال هذا البحث إلى أن الاقتصاد الجزائري هو اقتصاد ريعي هش يتأثر إلى حد كبير بأسعار النفط، فإذا انتعشت أسعارها انتعش الاقتصاد و تعافى، وفي المقابل إذ تهاوت أسعار النفط اهتز توازن الاقتصاد و بدأت معه مختلف مؤشرات الاقتصاد الكلي بالتراجع و التراجع
Abstract EN
This research aims to assess the extent of the success of the economic, political and social reforms undertaken by the Algerian state during the period 2010-2019, in making the stability of its macroeconomic indicators materialized away from the impact of oil price fluctuations, by studying and evaluating developments in the main variables that relate to Internal and external balances of the economies of countries.
We have found through this research that the Algerian economy is a fragile rentier economy that is largely affected by oil prices.
If their prices rebound, the economy will recover and recover.
