Abstract EN

In Islamic history, we encounter many topics that have formed the focus of an ongoing discussion between researchers, scholars and those interested in the history of financial systems in general, and what is related to the tribute in particular, as it formed a major axis and a vital artery in the life of Islamic systems, and there is no doubt that Islam gave great importance to the issue of money.

It is considered a goal by the one who intends the religion, and an integrated legislative framework has been assigned to it that guarantees rights and preserves duties.

So the texts of the Arabic papyri are the focus of the research, which documented the events as they occurred, and constituted a highly reliable material source to a large extent, and accordingly it constitutes a pure source for the various historical studies that this study includes.
