The electronic contract passes through stages interspersed with obligations and rights for both parties to the contract until reaching the implementation stage.

Here, the obligation to deliver the contract, which is governed by the provisions and rules of civil law, emerges, protecting the weak party in the relationship, which is the consumer.

However, with the specificity of delivery in the electronic contract, the matter required special rules and provisions in line with it, and this is what was approved by the Algerian legislator in the electronic commerce law.

Electronic delivery is similar to delivery in a normal contract when the nature of the shop is material, but the scientific and technological development has created the so-called digital contract shop, and here the difference is embodied, as the need to expand the field of electronic consumer protection increases in the shadow of the virtual world.
