Scholars consider the Quranic text the centerpiece of knowledge and common ground for many intellectual and scientific researchs in the Arabic Islamic culture.

This makes research into any such science an overlapping space, which the science of the Arabic language has evolved and been aligned with the science of interpretation and the origins of jurisprudence.

Therefore, this overlap was an important motivation for dealing with this topic.

The aim is to examine the different interpretations of the texts and the differences in the elaboration of legal provisions.

The general result was that the legal rulings were deduced due to the linguistic interpretations.

Thus, the ability to derive legal rulings from them requires the scholar to be well versed in the Arabic language, mastered its ways and methods, and so it was necessary for the fundamentalists and jurists to be linguists.
