The present study aimed to reveal the level of psychological stress in cases of laryngectomy, and to determine the possibility of differences in the level of psychological stress in the same sample due to two variables (age, type of laryngectomy).

Where the study was conducted on a sample of 30 people, and the psychological pressure scale of `` Naaman Thabit's delusions '' was used for the purpose of data collection.

After the statistical treatment, the results showed high levels of psychological stress among the study sample it was also found that there is no differencein The level of these stresses due to the age of the patients and the type of laryngectomy they underwent.
