The right of the individual to health is guaranteed under the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, which provides for the right to access health care.

However, protecting this right during health crises would expose some other human rights to the violation or sacrifice of some or part of them in exchange for achieving this protection, Hence, the problem of protecting human rights stipulated in international treaties and national laws appears in cases of health emergencies.

To address this topic, we wanted to first know what is meant by the right to health from the point of view of international law as one of the rights recognized in international human rights instruments, and from the perspective of the World Health Organization as the highest international body concerned with human health and its protection.

Then we devote the second axis of the article to implications The Corona pandemic affects the right to health and other human rights related to it, and finally we address the challenges of facing this pandemic in light of the commitment of states not to violate human rights and to protect them.
