This study aimed to evaluate the performance of Medea state health institutions during the period (2012-2018), where all public health institutions in the state of Medea in addition to the private clinics located in the state were studied, This study found that the health sector in the state of Medea is witnessing a significant shortage in the number of health human resources during the period (2012-2018) compared to the development of the population during the same period, Thus, the rate of health coverage decreases, This would negatively affect the performance of the sector, This study has recommended the need for public health institutions to pay attention to the state of Medea in the aspect of tangibility by establishing a distinctive internal environment that reflects positively on the psychological state of the beneficiary and on his health, By providing suitable reception and waiting places and providing a distinguished residence so that the beneficiary feels that he is in safe hands that will ensure his recovery.
