Abstract EN
The purpose of this paper is to study financial liberalization and development through a comparative approach between Algeria, Morocco and Tunisia.
This is done by constructing an index based on the different stages of reforms to study the financial liberalization following the method of Demirguc-Kunt& Levine (1997) using the database of Abiad& al (2010) for the period (1973-2017).
Then, financial development was analyzed through an index developed by the IMF.
The result of this analysis is that Morocco has the best performing financial system.

L'objet de cet article est d'étudier la libéralisation et le développement financier par le biais d'une approche comparative entre l'Algérie, le Maroc et la Tunisie.
Et cela en construisant un indice qui se base sur les différentes étapes des reformes pour étudier la libéralisation financière suivant la méthode de Demirguc-Kunt & Levine (1997) à l'aide de la base de données de Abiad & al (2010) pour la période (1973-2017).
Ensuite, le développement financier a été analysé à travers un indice élaboré par le FMI.
Cette analyse a donné comme résultat que le Maroc dispose du système financier le plus performant.
