تعتبر نظرية الوساطة نموذجا للتحليل في العلوم الإنسانية، تسعى إلى إيجاد نوع من التحقق التجريبي في عيادة علم النفس المرضي.
لهذا السبب، تقدم النظرية نفسها على أنها "أنثروبولوجيا إكلينيكية"، و هي باختلاف ميادينها النفسية أو اللسانية لا تكتفي بتقديم التفسيرات أو الفرضيات العلمية بل تهدف فضلا عن ذلك إلى إخضاع هذه العلوم للتجربة في ميدان الدراسات العيادية، حيث تتمظهر في الحالات المرضية مثل الحبسة، العمه الحركي، الذهان و العصاب بغض النظر عن الجانب العلاجي لها.
و في هذا المقال سنحاول إلقاء الضوء على أهم مبادئ هذه النظرية في ضوء الدراسات اللغوية للعرب القدامى بحكم اعتماد هذه النظرية و أعمال العرب القدامى على منطلق مشترك في دراسة أمراض الكلام و هو استحالة فصل المستويين اللفظي و المعنوي نظريا، و إنما يتم اللجوء إلى هذه العملية في الحالات التطبيقية أين يتم تجسيد الجوانب المرضية لمستعملي اللغة.

Mediation theory is a model of analysis in the humanities, which seeks to find some sort of empirical verification in the clinic of psychopathology.
For this reason, the theory presents With itself as “clinical anthropology, which, to getherits various psychological or linguistic fields, not only provides explanations or scientific hypotheses, but also aims to subject these sciences to experimentation in the field of clinical studies, where they appear in pathological conditions such as aphasia, motor agnosia, Psychosis and neurosis, whatever its therapeutic aspect.
In this article, we would like to highlight the most important principlesof this theory in light of the linguistic studies of the ancient Arabs due to the adoption of this theory and the work of the ancient Arabs on a common premise to the study of speech diseases, which is the inability to separate language levels theoretically, but this process is used in practical cases where it embodies the pathological aspects of language users.

La théorie de la médiation est un modèle d’analyse en sciences humaines, qui cherche à trouver une sorte de vérification empirique dans la clinique de la psychopathologie.
Pour cette raison, la théorie se présente comme "l’anthropologie clinique, qui, avec ses différents champs psychologiques ou linguistiques, ne se contente pas de fournir des explications ou des hypothèses scientifiques, mais vise aussi à soumettre ces sciences à l’expérimentation dans le domaine des études cliniques, où ils apparaissent dans des conditions pathologiques telles que l’aphasie, l’agnosie motrice La psychose et la névrose, quel que soit son aspect thérapeutique.
Dans cet article, nous voudrions mettre en lumière les principes les plus importants de cette théorie à la lumière des études linguistiques des anciens Arabes en raison de l’adoption de cette théorie et des travaux des anciens Arabes sur une prémisse commune à l’étude des maladies de la parole, qui est l’impossibilité de séparer les niveaux de la langues théoriquement, mais ce processus est utilisé dans des cas pratiques où il incarne les aspects pathologiques des utilisateurs de la langue.
