This study aims to highlight the role played by the WAKF in advancing the development and scientific, social and economic renaissance in ancient Muslim countries, especially in the field of medicine, health care, pharmacology, nursing, etc.

But it is noticeable in the last decades that it has experienced almost complete stagnation at all levels, Despite this, there are persistent and serious attempts to advance this Islamic ritual, and this is what we tried to highlight through this article, trying to clarify the role that WAKFS may play at the present time in the field of health care through what is known as the health WAKF through making of hospitals and medical equipment and Equipment, health care homes, and everything the health sector needs as Wakf, as the WAKF represents an important source of funding if it is properly exploited.
