Abstract EN

This study aims to test the impact of the flipped learning strategy in its four dimensions (Availability of a flexible learning environment - A change in the concept of learning - Accurate thinking in dividing and analyzing educational content - Availability of qualified and trained teachers), On achieving quality of higher education in Algeria.

Where the field study included a sample of students from various Algerian universities, with the three phases of Bachelor, Master and Doctorate, The sample of the study reached 304 students.

And based on a questionnaire, and its data were processed using the SPSS statistics program (V22).

The study found the existence of a statistical significance relationship of inverted learning in its four dimensions to achieving quality of higher education.
