Through the current study, we aim to identify the ethical problems in Business sector, And try to provide methods to establish and strengthen management ethics in the enterprise, After reviewing and analyzing the concepts of the subject, we obtained several results, the most important of which are : To establish management ethics in the work of enterprise, several measures must be taken, the most important of which are: Developing self-control for workers and managers, Putting in place precise systems that prevent wrong individual judgments, The necessity for leaders and managers to have high moral values in order to be a good role model for employees.
