Abstract EN

This study aims to assess housing public policies to support housing seekers.

In order to achieve this, the study variables were defined in the regulations related to financing and pricing, housing-related services, quality, control and urbanization.

We have relied in our study on the descriptive analytical method, using a questionnaire distributed to the recipients of the housing according to the form of the promotional supported housing.

We have achieved a good contribution of the regulations related to financing and pricing, as well as housing-related services and urbanization, in addition a weak and medium level of contribution for quality and control respectively.
