هذه الورقة البحثية تهدف الى عرض و تحليل تغيرات العرض النقدي في الجزائر، و علاقته بالنمو الاقتصادي خلال الفترة (2000-2018).
ولتوضيح ذلك فانه تم استخدام الدراسة القياسية لمعرفة مدى ارتباطهما مع بعض و هذا ما دفعنا لمحاولة معرفة طبيعة العلاقة السببية التي تربط بين متغيري الدراسة.
هذا وقد أفضت دراستنا من خلال نموذج VAR إلى وجود علاقة عكسية على المدى القصير بين العرض النقدي و النمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر، في حين لم يكن هناك علاقة تكامل مشترك على المدى الطويل بين هذين المتغيرين، كما خلصت الدراسة الى أن العرض النقدي مساهمته ضئيلة في تفسير النمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر
Abstract EN
This research paper aims to present and analyze the changes in the money supply in Algeria, and its relationship to economic growth during the period (2000-2018).
To clarify this, we used a quantitative study to find out the extent of their correlation with each other, and this prompted us to try to find out the nature of the causal relationship between the two variables of the study.
Our study through the VAR model resulted in an inverse relationship in the short term between the money supply and economic growth in Algeria, while there was no joint complementarity relationship in the long term between these two variables.
The study also concluded that the money supply has a minimal contribution to explaining growth.
