تهدف هذه الدراسة الى معرفة الفروق بين المعلمين و المعلمات من حيث الجنس، سنوات التدريس، فئات العمر فيما يخص استراتيجيات التصرف.
و قد تحصلت الباحثة على النتائج التالية : 1-لا يوجد فروق بين المعلمين من حيث الجنس فيما يخص استراتيجيات التصرف.
2-لا يوجد فروق بين المعلمين من حيث فئات العمر فيما يخص استراتيجية التصرف.
3-لا يوجد فروق بين المعلمين من حيث سنوات التدريس فيما يخص استراتيجيات التصرف.
Abstract EN
the objectif of this study is to identify differences between teachers and teachers in coping strategies.
And know the differences between teachers in terms of age and year of teaching in coping strategies.
The study included a small sample of random represented in 80 teachers.
The researcher obtained the following results: Ther're no significant differences in termof: sex, age, year of teaching in coping strategies.
