The Prophet's Biography Books have proven that the Mohammedan message is full of political events and issues through which the political sphere is formed in the prophetic project, and it shows the fundamental role played by Muhammad bin Abdullah in initiating this great historical project and construction the new state.

This founding prophetic moment after the Hijrah is a primordial moment of great importance in the history of the Islamic Ummah.

To this day, this remains the only way for many contemporary Islamic political movements to evolve into a society of monotheism, morality and justice.

This prompted us to try to retrace the path and the stages of development of this prophetic political project, and to understand the mechanisms and mechanisms that constituted the entity of this project through the social dynamics framing the process of elaboration until 'at the stage of completion of the message and the completion of religion.

In this article, we have tried to start from the latest findings of modern political rationality in the formation of any political project based on legitimacy and legitimacy, or rather, the idea of the social contract.

Trace the roots of these principles and foundations in the prophetic political project, and the traits of rationality produced by the city-state model since its establishment through charismatic authority (hegemony) as modeled by Max Weber as a form of authority, represented in the person of the Prophet Muhammad, in which he combined prophecy and political leadership or charisma and organization.
