This Research paper sheds light on the value and functional role that the pattern of the participation political culture can provide on the basis that its value can bring an integrated social and political performance in the political and civil society towards achieving common interests.

It is one of the conditions that democratic systems set in order to secure their existence and maintain their relations with their civil societies, Where this research paper aims to clarify the effect of political culture on the functional activity of various political actors and the limits of their contributions to correcting policies and reformulating relationships.
