Abstract EN

Our research paper seeks this study to identify the impact of information and communication technology on the application of knowledge management in the company, with a case study in Orascom Telecom Algeria "Djezzy".

The study model was determined by an independent variable represented in (Information and Communication Technology) and a dependent variable represented in (Management knowledge), and to achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was designed and developed for the purpose of collecting data from the members of the research sample, and a set of statistical methods were used to analyze the data statistically, and the study concluded that there is a positive impact of information and communication technology on knowledge management in the researched company.

Appropriate working conditions and the promotion of information and communication technology in order to enhance and ensure the success of modern administrative approaches.
