The article deals with the pragmatic approach in the interpretation of the writer Nursi in his book entitled: Isharat Al Iajaz Fi Madhan El Ijaz, where the pragmatic issues were the axis of this article with a focus on the situation of the interpreter, the interpretation of the text in its language through the theory of speech acts and the requirements of the saying, the interpretation of the text by text by touching on the arguing aspects, such as arguing from the Qur'an, the Sunnah, the adage, and by giving examples, in addition to that the Nursi mentioned the reasons of descent that fall within the external context, which is one of the foundations of pragmatics.
