هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد العوامل المساهمة في الإصابة بالاضطرابات العظم عضلية لدى الطلبة المستخدمين للهواتف الذكية.
تم جمع البيانات بواسطة استبيان طبق على عينة مكونة من 130 طالبا و طالبة بقسم العلوم الاجتماعية جامعة تيارت.
تم تحليل المعطيات باستخدام النسب المئوية و معامل فريدمان.
توصلت النتائج إلى أن العوامل المساهمة في الاضطرابات العظم-عضلية لدى الطلبة المستخدمين للهواتف الذكية هي : 1-الغرض من استخدام الهاتف الذكي، 2-الوضعيات المتبناة أثناء استخدام الهاتف الذكي، 3-مدة الاستخدام اليومي للهاتف الذكي، على الترتيب.
اقترحت الدراسة أنه في ظل تزايد نسبة مستخدمي الهواتف الذكية، فمن الضروري التكثيف من حملات التوعية و التحسيس حول خطورة استخدامها.
Abstract EN
This study aimed to determine the factors contributing to the incidence of musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) among students using Smartphones.
Data were collected through a questionnaire applied to a sample of 130 students at the Department of Social Sciences at Tiaret University.
Data were analyzed using percentages and Friedman's test.
The results reveal that the most important contributing factors to (MSDs) were: 1-Purpose of using, 2-Postures, 3-Duration of use.
Therefore, the study suggests that in view of the increasing percentage of Smartphone users, there is a need to intensify awareness campaigns on the risks of their use.
