Abstract EN

We attempt in this academic article to dissect and explain several methods and strategies that govern the functioning of small and medium-sized enterprises in Algerian society in the context of particular region.

Additionally, we seek to analyze the reality of these enterprises and their inevitable fate on practical terms in light of the responsibility falling on the youth.

We also seek to list some concepts and academic terms that are related to small and medium-sized enterprises, so that we may examine the palpable difference between reality and the perception of researchers and specialists in this sensitive and important sector, particularly in developing countries.
