تعالج هذه الورقة البحثية موضوع عمل المرأة التي اقتحمت مختلف المجالات في القطاع الخاص من بينها المقاولة و اعتبارها صاحبة مشروع في المجتمع، و نهدف منها معرفة سيرورة وجودها للعمل في القطاع الخاص بالمؤسسة الصناعية "ميتال سيدار لمجمع سوفيتال" و في مثل هذا النوع من العمل بالمقاولة، باستعمال تقنية المقابلة نصف موجهة على عينة البحث فتساؤلنا : كيف وجدت المرأة العاملة في المؤسسة الصناعية الخاصة "ميتال سيدار"، و في مثل هذا النوع من العمل في مشاريع مقاولة خاصة بها ؟ و توصلنا من أهم النتائج إلى وجود المرأة العاملة في المؤسسة الصناعية الخاصة و العمل بالمقاولة يرجع إلى أهمية الشهادة للخروج من قيود البطالة و كذا الاستقلالية في العمل.
Abstract EN
This research paper deals with the issue of the work of women in the private sector, the contracting, And we aim from it to know the process of its existence to work in the private sector, in enterprise “MITAL SIDER – CEVITAL” and in this type of contracting work, using the semi-directed interview technique soHow did you find the woman working in the private industrial enterprise and in of the work in her projects? We found its presence in it due to the importance of the certificate in getting out of the restrictions of unemployment and independence at work.
