19-In this study, we aim to investigate the level of psychological burnout and the factors affecting it among doctors and health personnel working in the hospital of the 1st of November in Oran, which was designated for the Covid-19 pandemic.

Where we adopted the descriptive analytical approach and used the Maslash Burnout Scale, which was applied to a sample of 110 individuals.

The results of the study showed that there were differences in the level of psychological burnout in both emotional exhaustion and a lower sense of achievement due to the gender variable.

While there were no differences in the dimension of dulling emotion.

There were differences in the level of psychological burnout in its three dimensions due to experience variable.

There were no differences in emotional exhaustion and a lower sense of achievement attributable to the function's variable, while there are differences in the dimension of emotion dulling due to function's variable.
