This research analyses the phenomenon of semantic inspiration of letters in modernists’ poetry criticism, as a new phenomenon in literary criticism.

It was found that the letters, by its inspirational phonetic nature, can support the significance of the poetic text, and contribute to the formation of the artistic image; if it is used specifically in this text.ُ
