القي و باء كورونا بظلاله على جميع دول العالم، واثر على جميع ميادين الحياة، و من بينها الجزائر التي اختارت أسلوب مواجهة الأزمة بتدابير صارمة و اتخاذ كل الإجراءات الوقائية سواء على المستوى المركزي أو على المستوى المحلي.
بناء عليه تأتي هذه الدراسة لتوضيح خطة الجزائر القانونية للوقاية من الوباء القاتل الذي حصد ألاف الأرواح، و لا يزال.

Abstract EN
The Corona epidemic has cast a shadow over every country in the world and has affected every aspect of life, including Algeria, which has opted for coping with the crisis with tight measures and taking all preventive measures, be it at central or local level.
Consequently, this study seeks to shed light on Algeria's legal plan to prevent the fatal epidemic that has and still is claiming thousands of lives.
