The intellectual property laws afford a monopolistic rights to its owner which may create a tight on the principle of the free trade and opening the legal competition.

This will lead to the necessity to find a type of compromise between the free trade and what requires from opening the legal competition.

It prohibited any sort of monopolism.

It prevented the exclusive monopolistic characteristic which is resulted from the exploitation of the intellectual property rights.

It aimed at narrowing the range of monopolizing these rights by the owner alone.

This will protect the content of both of them.
