Abstract EN

Algeria adopted the electoral system as a method for taking power and forming local councils, this system allow all citizens to participate of the managment of their affair throw a representative, this one is charged to carry out the task of representation to protect this principle the constititional founder guaranted it by legal and constitutional tools, to insure acces to real representation wich is: independent national authority which bacause of it structural and functional independence contributed to protect this principal, as well as ordinance 21-01 related to the electoral system which is an important point to protect it.

In the other hand we have the independence of judiciary authority which also contributed to protect this principal.
